📢 Community Day Weather Update – Saturday, June 13
The Fritch Community Day event is still scheduled to take place from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturday, June 13.
However, due to the forecasted heat and potential weather conditions later in the day, event organizers will be closely monitoring conditions throughout the event. If weather or safety concerns arise, activities may conclude early at approximately 1:00 PM.
☀️ The safety and well-being of our attendees, vendors, volunteers, and staff remain our top priority.
💧 Free bottled water will be available throughout the event to help everyone stay hydrated.
🏛️ The Lake Meredith Aquatic & Wildlife Museum will be open during the event, providing a cool place to take a break from the heat. Restroom facilities will also be available for public use inside the museum.
We encourage everyone to dress appropriately for the weather, stay hydrated, and follow updates on the City of Fritch Facebook page as we continue to monitor conditions.
